Pink Glove Care

How we choose and introduce caregivers

The hardest part of home care is not the schedule. It is trusting a person in your mother’s house when you cannot be there.

Why the introduction comes first

A caregiver can be qualified and still be the wrong fit for your mother. Personality is not a small thing when someone is helping her bathe. With the Meet and Match Promise, you and your mother meet the person we have matched before regular care begins. You can ask questions. She can decide how it felt.

What we check before anyone is matched

Background screening, work eligibility, references, and the qualifications the role requires. We ask about experience with the kind of support your family needs, not just availability. We will tell you what checks were completed if you ask.

Consistency is the promise that matters most

The complaint families make most about home care is not price. It is a different face every week, and no one telling them it was coming. We aim for a small, familiar team: a primary caregiver, a familiar backup introduced ahead of time where we can, and a coordinator who knows your family.

What happens when someone calls out

Someone will call out eventually. What you should expect is that you hear from us first, that we are already working on coverage, and that we tell you what is happening rather than leaving you to discover it when nobody knocks.

If the fit is not right

Tell your coordinator. You do not need to justify wanting your mother to be comfortable. We will help arrange another match. A mismatch is not anyone’s failure, and it should not cost you the relationship you have just started building.

What we ask of you

Tell us the small things. How she takes her tea, what she still wants to do herself, what she does not like being helped with. Those details are what turn a competent visit into a good one.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Tell us what’s becoming hard, and we’ll help you think through the next step.

Your request comes to Pink Glove Care—not a network of providers. We don’t sell your inquiry.
