What makes Sandy Springs different to plan for.
Only about a third of homes here are single-family houses, and a quarter are in buildings of 20 or more units. Mid-rise and high-rise access matters as much as it does in Buckhead. The I-285 and GA-400 interchange has been under long-term reconstruction, so we plan arrival times around it rather than promising a caregiver will beat it.
