Atlanta Home Care Costs: Rates, Minimum Hours and Fees

Pink Glove Care has not posted a single universal rate because care schedules and needs differ. Before care begins, the family receives the applicable rate, minimum hours, added fees, cancellation terms and expected weekly total in writing. For planning, published market surveys can provide context, but they are not Pink Glove Care’s price.

What determines the cost of home care in Atlanta?

The largest drivers are hours per visit, visits per week, personal-care needs, awake overnight coverage, rotating 24-hour coverage, weekends and holidays, and how soon staffing must begin.

What is Pink Glove Care’s minimum shift?

There is no minimum-shift number published on this website. Ask during intake for the current minimum that applies to the requested schedule and location, and get it in writing before agreeing to care.

How do overnight and 24-hour costs differ?

An overnight arrangement, awake overnight supervision and rotating 24-hour care are different staffing models. The written quote should name the model, number of caregivers, expected rest periods if any, and all premium charges.

What may insurance or public programs cover?

Original Medicare generally does not cover ongoing custodial care when that is the only need. Long-term care insurance, certain VA programs and Georgia Medicaid waiver programs may help eligible families. Confirm directly with the program and insurer.
