A short note after visits. A call when something needs your attention. A number that answers at night. Say what you want and hold the agency to it.
Set up the people nearby.
A neighbor with a key. Her doctor’s office. The pharmacy that delivers. A local contact the caregiver can call. Put it on one page and keep it by her phone.
Plan your visits for time together.
When you are there, be her daughter. Let the errands and appointments happen on the other days.
