Asking for help
should feel private.

Your information belongs in a conversation with Pink Glove Care, not in a list sold to other providers.

Effective September 18, 2026.

Who this policy covers.

This is the privacy policy for pinkglovecare.com, run by Pink Glove Care, an in-home care company serving metro Atlanta, Georgia. It covers what we collect on this website, through our ads and forms on Facebook and Instagram, and when you call, text or email us about an inquiry or an application. Once someone becomes a client, their care records are handled under the care agreement, not this page.

When you ask about care.

We ask who care is for, the help you’re considering, when and where it is needed, your contact preference, and your contact details. We use these answers to review your request and respond. Please save medical records and sensitive medical details for a direct conversation with the team.

When you apply to work with us.

We ask for contact details, the role you want, work authorization, experience, credentials, availability, and travel preferences. You can attach a résumé. These details help us review your application and discuss available opportunities.

What is collected automatically.

Saved alongside your answers: the page you submitted from, the site you came from, and the country, state, city and postal code your internet connection resolves to. That location is approximate and comes from the connection, not from your device’s location. We use it to see which areas families are asking from.

Like most websites, ours also receives your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here. Some of this is kept in cookies, which are small files your browser stores.

Where your answers go.

Your answers stay in this page’s memory while you move between steps. We do not save them in browser storage. When you submit, our intake service sends your information to the Pink Glove response sheet in Google Sheets. Résumés are stored in a private Google Drive folder and linked to the application for the hiring team. The form confirms receipt only after the request is accepted.

How we use your information.

  • To respond to your request and arrange a conversation about care.
  • To review a job application and talk with you about openings.
  • To reach you by the method you chose.
  • To see which areas families are asking from, and which pages and ads are helping them find us.
  • To keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations.

We don’t use your answers to make automated decisions about you.

Calls, texts and email.

We include your call or text preference with your request. The form does not sign you up for a marketing list. If you ask us to text you, message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your request. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are run by Meta. This website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta which pages were viewed and when a form was submitted. That lets us see which ads led families to us, and show our ads to people more likely to need them.

When a form is submitted we also confirm it to Meta from our own server. That confirmation includes your email address and phone number converted into a scrambled code (a hash) that Meta can only match to an account it already has, along with your IP address and browser type. We never send Meta your answers about who care is for or what help is needed.

If you fill in one of our forms inside Facebook or Instagram instead of on this website, Meta collects your answers and passes them to us, and this policy applies from that point on.

You can limit how Meta uses your activity on other websites in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser. Meta’s handling of what it collects is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

How we see which pages help.

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to show us where pages confuse people: clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the visit. Clarity masks text by default, including what is entered in a form, so your answers and contact details are not readable in a replay. Microsoft’s handling of what it does collect is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Optional maps and videos.

Opening the application’s travel map sends the ZIP code to Zippopotam.us and loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. You can choose a travel radius without opening the map. Videos, when available, play only when you choose. Fonts and photographs are hosted with the website.

Who we share it with.

Pink Glove Care does not sell your inquiry. If another provider may be more appropriate, we ask your permission before sharing your details.

The companies that help us run this website see only what their job requires: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the intake service; Google, which holds the response sheet and the résumé folder; Microsoft, for Clarity; and Meta, for the advertising measurement described above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.

How long we keep it.

We keep care inquiries and job applications for 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you become a client or join the team, your information moves into the records we keep for that relationship, for as long as the care and the law require.

Your choices.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time and whichever state you live in. Email [email protected]. We’ll answer within 30 days, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm it’s you before we act.

Keeping it safe.

Your information travels to us over an encrypted connection and is held in company accounts that only the people who respond to families and applicants can open. No website can promise perfect security. If something ever goes wrong with your information, we will tell you.

Children.

This website is for adults arranging care or applying for work. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
